appeals to all citizens to remain calm and dignified these days. We appeal: do
not draw wrong conclusions and do not accuse a whole ethnic group for a crime
of an individual or a small group.
Civil appeals to the state
institutions to step up its actions towards bringing to justice perpetrators of
the latest crime and all other crimes in the recent past that endangered the
interethnic relations and have potential to destabilize the country.
We appeal to all political
parties and community leaders to take immediate actions to prevent any violent
act by their members and associates.
We send our deepest
condolences to the families of the victims.
